Mid week mental health check in. Take a minute out of your day to pause and ask yourself how you are feeling. We often get caught up in our busy schedules to pay attention to how we really feel. It's okay to ask for help when we need it.

Happy International Youth Day!
This year's theme is Ageism, which affects both young and old people and has a negative influence on society as a whole.
The goal of this day is to raise awareness of the need for action across all generations to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals for our global community.

Today is International Indigenous Peoples Day and on this day we celebrate the rich cultural traditions of Indigenous People here in Canada and around the world.
This year’s theme for International Indigenous Peoples Day is “The role of Indigenous Women in the Preservation and Transmission of Traditional Knowledge”.
Indigenous women play a key role in their communities in the preservation and transmission of traditional ancestral knowledge. But, despite their essential roles in their communities, they still face many hurdles, like discrimination, patriarchy, and poverty.
We must educate ourselves and continue to take meaningful actions to uphold Indigenous rights.
