What You Need to Know When Accessing Services at Frontenac Youth Services

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and for the best interests of our clients, families, and employees, we have decided to suspend all in-person services until further notice.

Community Services – Individual and Family Therapy are available by phone and online.
Day Treatment – Classes currently taking place through online learning.
Live-in Treatment – Please contact your case manager or contact 905-579-1551 for a staff directory.
Crisis Services – Available Monday to Thursday (10am-5:30pm) & Friday (9am-4:30pm) at 905-579-1551 ext. 245.
For support after business hours, please contact Durham Mental Health Services at 905-666-0483 or 1-800-742-1890.
Walk-In Clinic – Walk-in appointments are available daily (Monday to Friday, 9am-4:30pm) for those who have connected with Central Intake and have been invited to the walk-in service by our Intake Coordinator. If you have completed the referral process and would like to schedule an appointment for a phone or virtual session, please call 905-579-1551 ext. 234.
Case Manager – If you have a case manager, please connect with them directly. If you do not remember the name of your case manager, please call our main number (905-579-1551) for support in connecting to them.
