What our client and families need to know regarding services with Frontenac Youth Services

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and for the best interests of our client, families and employee, we have made the decision to suspend all in-person services until further notice.

Community Services- Individual and Family therapy – Currently offering phone and virtual sessions.

Day Treatment– Classes currently taking place through online learning

Live-in Treatment– Please contact your case manager or contact (905) 579-1551 for a staff directory

Crisis Services

  • Mondays- Thursdays 10am-5:30pm & Fridays 9am-4:30pm please contact (905) 579-1551 ext: 245.
  • 24 hour, 7 day crisis support please contact Durham Mental Health Services Crisis Access Linkage Line at (905) 666-0483 or 1-800-742-1890

Walk-In Clinic– If a referral has been completed through the central intake phone line and our intake co-ordinator has invited you to our walk-in we are currently offering phone and virtual sessions. Please contact (905) 579-1551 ext. 234
